Get a sense of thriving art galleries such as Aljira, a Center for Contemporary Art, the City Without Walls Gallery, and R-N's own Robeson Gallery, where we hold many of the readings in our MFA Reading Series. Newark is also home to the New Jersey Historical Society, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra. Our campus is in easy reach via Amtrak, NJ TRANSIT, or PATH train, to Newark Penn Station.
